Policies

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

The remaining payment for your session must be paid on the day of the session. You will receive an invoice for the amount owed.

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future session if canceled within the specified time.

Failure to show up for your session without prior notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

LATE ARRIVAL

If the client is more than 15 minutes late, a surcharge fee of $50 will be added to the final invoice. Please be on time, as late arrivals result in shorter sessions. The session will end at the originally scheduled time without additional time being added.

Pay the $50 late fee when invoiced to ensure the client receives proof images when the payment is made in full.

Arriving more than 35 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation of the session or an inconvenience fee of $75, which must be paid along with the late fee.

Our schedule accommodates other bookings, and respecting the time allocated for each session is essential. If the photographer is late, the session will last the entire booked time.

IMAGE POLICY

Image proofs will be sent within 1-3 business days after the session for editing selection. Clients are prohibited from screenshotting or posting RAW/proof images.

Edited images will be delivered within 4-7 business days after the client selects them. Expedited delivery is available for a $100 fee, and the delivery time is reduced to 2-4 days.

Applying filters and posting unedited photos is prohibited. Clients must only post the edited photos provided by the photographer. Unauthorized edits reflect poorly on the brand and violate these policies.

Cash, credit & debit payments are accepted to settle your remaining balance for services rendered.

Usage Rights and Licensing Clause

1. Ownership of Images

All photographs taken by Executive Gaze Photography (Photographer) remain the intellectual property of the Photographer. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use as outlined below.

2. Permitted Use

The Client may use the delivered images for personal purposes, including:

• Sharing on personal social media accounts with proper credit to the Photographer.

• Printing for personal display.

Commercial use, publication, or third-party distribution of the images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Photographer.

3. Prohibited Use

The Client may not:

• Sell, license, or submit the images to third parties, including but not limited to magazines, publications, or online platforms.

• Edit, alter, or apply filters to the images.

4. Third-Party Submissions

If the Client wishes to submit images to magazines, contests, or other publications, they must first obtain written approval from the Photographer. Any such use will require a separate licensing agreement and may incur additional fees.

5. Credit Requirements

When posting the images on social media or other platforms, the Client agrees to credit the Photographer as follows:

• “Photo by Executive Gaze Photography” or tag @execgaze.photography (Instagram/Facebook).

6. Legal Action

Any unauthorized use of the images will result in legal action. The Client will be liable for damages, including licensing fees, court costs, and attorney fees.

Where are you located, and do you travel?
We are based in Fayetteville, NC, but we do travel to locations outside of Fayetteville for an additional travel fee.

What is the Buy One, Get One Free promotion?

How do I book a session?
